Designed by architect Aristomenis Varoudakis, the property fuses exposed volcanic rock, structural glass, reclaimed timber and blackened steel into a refined aesthetic that is entirely its own. Two private heated saltwater pools, a 3×14m lap pool and a 6×8m endless pool, both face directly across the bay. Whether you are planning a family holiday in Crete, a group villa getaway or a private celebration, the estate gives every guest both shared space and their own retreat.
The complex spans three buildings: The Keep (four double en-suite bedrooms with direct pool access), The Cottage (a self-contained stone guest house) and The Rock Apartment (a glass-and-metal studio set within the cliff face).
